Ms. Tatel’s experience both on a National and Local level here in the Philippines makes her a very special addition to the SOLREV team. Ms. Tatel’s extensive experience in Community Relations, Public Relations Resettlement, Land Acquisition, Right of Way and Permitting, Community Organizing and Cooperative Formation, Media Relations and Newsletter/Information and Educational Materials Publication are vital components to bring t the table with any major energy project. Her role and depth in Advisory on Political Affairs, Labor Relations and Personnel Management are necessary to insure that SOLREV is equipped handle both sides of the equation when bringing the project forward successfully. Ms. Tatel’s Consultancy on Community and Public Relations for Environmental Impact Studies on development and high impact projects in the Philippines, which include the - Didipio (ARIMCO) Mining Project, Nueva Vizcaya working for BHP Engineering, Lafayette Polymetallic Mining Project Rapu-rapu, Albay, Mauban Coal-Fired Power Plant (BHPE and Maunsell), Pagbilao and Sual Power Plants, Smart and Globe Cell Sites are key factors in her ability to navigate what can often be a challenging process. Ms. Tatel has also demonstrated her experience in Environmental Impact Assessment under the - People Module of Alimit Hydro Power Project - Ifugao Province, Social Impact Assessment of DPWH/MNTC NLEX Segment 8.2 Project.
